Description

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert target enterprise level accounts into Elementary customers • Utilize solution and value-selling techniques to guide the sales process to a successful close • Craft solution-selling strategies to showcase the value of Elementary technology to potential customers • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive management, sales leadership, solution engineers, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), product teams, and more to ensure a superior customer experience • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target industries • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales • Established contacts and relationships in relevant industries • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders • Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
