Description
• People are critical to success within every company and at Indeavor, we empower our global, enterprise customers to ensure they have the right person, in the right place at the right time by optimizing their team through our workforce management SaaS solution • The Indeavor Account Executive will use curiosity, industry acumen and Indeavor Solution knowledge to influence customer decision making as a trusted advisor • You will develop and manage a pipeline of warm leads from marketing or sales development partner, as well as those you generate yourself
Requirements
• Driven to achieve • A people person • Entrepreneurial and enjoy a fast-paced, evolving environment • Bring your best, yet hungry to learn and grow • Possess entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and desire to succeed within a high-growth company • Bachelors degree in business or related field • Demonstrated successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS • Experience calling on or working within a manufacturing setting or HR a plus • Ability to quickly and easily develop rapport with others, and excellent communication skills (verbal/presentation and written) • Exceptional time management, organization and planning skills with proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing key initiatives • Self-motivated and disciplined with a sense of urgency and bias for action • Curious, driven to achieve and willing to challenge the status quo • Energized by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to achieve through ambiguity • Independent, yet coachable, and willing and able to work collaboratively with others
