Description
• We are seeking a proactive and driven Community Outbound Specialist to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying individuals on social media platforms and forums (Twitter, Reddit, etc.) who are facing financial issues and engaging with them to offer insights or solutions. • You’ll play a key part in expanding our reach and connecting with potential customers through community engagement.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Twitter, Reddit, and online forums. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage authentically. • Passionate about helping people solve their financial problems. • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently. • Previous experience in community management, customer support, or finance is a plus.
Benefits
• This opportunity is remote. • Full-time conversion based on internship performance. • Stipend will be 10K per month.
