Description
• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders • Perform data Analysis to identify key metrics and trends. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports. • Provide data-driven insights to support internal and external stakeholders. • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling. • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to inform business strategy. • Ensure data visualization is clear and accessible for stakeholders. • Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and other projects • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 4+ Years of experience • Advanced knowledge of SQL • Expertise in Tableau and building dashboards • Advanced knowledge of Snowflake • Understanding of general data management practices • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Background in FinTech a plus but not required
