• Acts as the communication link between the customer and sales department • Responsible for building relationships with customers leading to sales through client follow-up and internet communication • Maintains appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately • Assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression with the customer
Requirements
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service preferred
