Description

We are looking for a bright, engaging person who will be the front-line of our brand experience. Customer Success Coordinators work closely with FMG Suite’s subscribers, who have purchased guidance and help through the setup process. As a Customer Success Coordinator, client communication and relationship building will be critical to your success. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and an eye for design will all be essential in this role.

Requirements

• Prior Customer Service or Support experience • Time Management • Professional oral and written communication skills • Highly organized • Self driven • An eye for design Preferred Skills and Experience: • Project management experience will be extremely helpful • Interest in HTML, CSS is a plus
