Description

• The primary objective of this position is to support the VP of Engineering in various project management tasks, including but not limited to process improvement coordination, tracking engineering budget spending, managing the pipeline of proposals, and maintaining essential tools for resource management. • In this position, the incumbent will receive mentorship to gain expertise in engineering business processes and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project analysis, engineering coordination, or project management roles within an engineering or related industry setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with macros and data analysis. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with project management software and tools. • Advanced degree or project management certifications • Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting processes. • Knowledge of engineering principles and terminology. • Experience in process improvement and optimization. • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
