Description
• Play an important role in helping the team hit aggressive retention goals • Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders to solve high priority problems • Deliver ad hoc analyses, develop and implement experiments • Build and scale processes and tools to drive rapid scaling
Requirements
• 0-3 years of experience in strategy, program management, and/or operational execution • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Proven ability to understand and operate within complex systems • Proven ability to communicate abstract information to different audiences • Strong analytical skills. Proficient in spreadsheets and a quick study in data management
