Description

Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with overall business strategy and customer needs. Work with a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering and marketing to ensure seamless product execution. Translate business goals into product strategy, prioritizing initiatives that drive maximum impact. Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends to inform product development. Drive customer-centric development by gathering feedback, analyzing usage data, and iterating on features. Partner with senior leadership to deliver measurable product outcomes, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role focused on enterprise B2B product. Proven success in driving product strategy and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. Experience managing and mentoring product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ability to work independently and thrive in high levels of ambiguity while driving results quickly.
