• Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategy: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, and other programmatic channels. • Campaign Management: Oversee day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and deliver on expected ROAS goals. • Budget Management: Allocate and optimize media spend across channels, ensuring efficient use of the marketing budget including incrementality of additional budget. • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions, generate actionable insights, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure that paid media campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business strategies. • A/B Testing and Optimization: Lead continuous testing and optimization of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance and achieve incrementality. • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure that Gantri is at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media. • Strong preference given to Northbeam experience. • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across multiple channels. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms. • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
