Description

• The Associate Director of Business Development will drive growth through strategic partnerships. • Identify, prospect, scope and present business opportunities that diversify revenue. • Lead outreach and manage the end-to-end vetting process. • Prepare and present compelling case-by-case proposals to prospective partners. • Customize proposed solutions to meet specific partner needs. • Bring a clear point-of-view to partnership exploration. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Develop data analysis and reporting systems to track partnership success.

Requirements

• Proven ability to think strategically and a willingness to innovate. • Experience successfully managing internal and external relationships. • A passion for organization and clear communication. • Strong, confident negotiation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Comfort with working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. • BS or BA in Business or a related discipline. • 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally in Business Development or Partnerships. • Deep knowledge of complex deal terms, contract development and negotiation. • Capable and persuasive communicator both internally & externally. • Ability to form deep bonds with internal stakeholders. • Track-record of using data to develop business cases & review performance. • Top-notch presentation skills: storytelling and clearly communicating value proposition. • Experience in Youth/High School Sports Market, Media, Tech or Sports Industry (preferred not required).
