Description
•Lead development of Glean's APIs and SDKs for developers within customers and partners. •Spending time with customers to understand their knowledge needs. •Developing parts of product roadmap, marrying needs with product vision. •Empowering team by setting direction and building alignment. •Driving customer-focused decisions and efficient execution. •Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership and key stakeholders. •Building scalable processes for rapid growth.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience as a Platform Product Manager with a track record of building high-craft API products and owning developer experience for your external customers. •Strong technical background, understanding of developer needs, and a passion for building robust, scalable API and SDK solutions. •Led the design, development, and enhancement of products’ APIs and SDKs, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and easy to use. •Worked closely with developers at customer and partner organizations to understand their needs. •Oversaw the integration of products into various 3rd party enterprise applications. •Built comprehensive documentation and support resources for developers. •Defined and tracked key performance indicators (KPIs) for API success. •Excellent written and verbal communicator. •Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results. •Collaborated effectively with cross-functional partners. •Learning and growth mindset. •Mission-first and success measured by product and team’s success.
