• You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specialising in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition and retention. • Analyse user behaviour data to identify growth opportunities. • Design and run A/B tests to optimise conversion rates. • Manage and optimise paid acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads). • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives. • Monitor key performance metrics and report on growth experiments. • Identify and test new potential channels for user acquisition. • Contribute to SEO efforts to improve organic traffic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs. • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work closely aligned to CET working hours
