Description
• Full-time and fully remote Bilingual position working with working families • Serve clients with comprehensive concierge financial services • Provide financial education on relevant topics • Offer sound financial strategies to help clients meet their goals • Contribute to the development of material/education/trainings • Support Financial Assistants with complex client scenarios • Deliver personalized financial options/solutions for clients • Be a trusted accountability partner for clients
Requirements
• Bilingual preferably in English/Spanish • Certified Financial Professional (CFP) designation • Ability to work remotely effectively • Strong technology comfort with Google/Chrome/Slack-based products • Financial industry background in banking, financial planning, or credit counseling • Growth-oriented mindset and desire to work in a client-focused service atmosphere • Creative critical thinker with empathetic and caring qualities • Ability to support positive behavioral changes in clients • Ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced environment
