• Champion our customers using product analytics, customer interviews, and more. • Stay ahead of the competition through closed/won analyses and tracking competitor movements. • Define the gold standard for technical messaging & positioning. • Influence product strategy by championing customers’ needs. • Quarterback product launches and align every team for flawless execution. • Enable customer-facing teams with collateral and training. • Collaborate to drive product adoption, upsell, and feature expansion.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in B2B product marketing, sales engineering, or developer marketing. • Proven expertise in data and analytics; examples of developed, championed, and evangelized messaging for data products. • Excellent presentation and communication skills; clear communication to technical and business audiences. • Bias to action and comfort in ambiguity; ability to bring data-backed recommendations to GTM teams. • Preference to SF Bay Area, but open to other locations.
