Description
• Partner with executive team and GTM business leaders to provide financial support for top line growth and GTM efficiency. • Own annual planning, monthly close and rolling forecasting processes for all GTM functions. Optimize recurring processes to improve forecast accuracy and predictability in results. • Develop, analyze and report key metrics to identify trends, opportunities and risks. Influence business actions with insights to help the company achieve top line and bottom-line goals. • Lead cross functional initiatives, provide financial education and transparency to business partners and peer functions. • Stay on top of industry trends and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
• Team player with a "can do" attitude and keen business acumen. • A curiosity to keep learning and take initiatives to solve problems. • Highly analytical with attention to detail. • Ability to think strategically and operate tactically at the same time. • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Can explain financial concepts and data to non-finance leaders. • Adaptive to changes and can enjoy a fast-paced environment • Embodies Illumio’s core values: Seek Truth, Run to Challenges, Bring Your Best, Build Trust, and Leverage Differences. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related fields required. MBA or equivalent degree a plus • 5-10 years of relevant experience in GTM finance, preferably in SaaS industry. • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Adaptive experience a strong plus
