• Develop and execute comprehensive user research plans to inform product strategy and design • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points • Create and deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to translate research insights into product improvements • Assist Product Management and UX Teams to execute most appropriate and efficient research explorations to drive product innovation • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle • Present research findings and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research • Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing) • Proven track record of working with data to generate valuable insights geared toward a product development lifecycle • Proven ability to facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences • Case studies where your research has impacted the how & why a shipped product was designed the way it was • Ability to manage solo projects start-to-finish, while also working in a collaborative environment maintaining open communication • Expertise in data analysis tools, prototyping software, and user research services
