• Lead and manage the company's legal department • Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to executive team and Board of Directors • Manage and mentor the in-house legal team • Build and maintain relationships with external counsel • Stay current on legal developments impacting energy/manufacturing industry • Develop and implement comprehensive legal compliance programs • Participate in strategic business discussions • Develop and execute corporate strategy

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree • 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role • 5+ years of experience working in Energy/Manufacturing industry • 5+ years of experience in investment, financing, international business, engineering, construction, sales, contracts, or procurement • Proven track record of success in providing strategic legal counsel • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong ethical principles and commitment to highest standards of professionalism
