Description

Requirements
• Experience structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. • Experience negotiating and drafting IP and material contracts in financings. • Demeanor to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • J.D. degree and active membership in one state bar. • 7+ years of relevant experience. • Ability to travel (up to 20%).
