Description

• We seek a motivated individual passionate about transforming data into strategic decisions. • Set and forecast demand generation targets by analyzing historical data and trends. • Work closely with marketing to address strategic questions and provide insights. • Lead and manage complex data analytics projects including predictive scoring. • Leverage analytical techniques to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making. • Identify and address data quality issues, implementing data governance practices. • Design and maintain Grafana dashboards to provide visibility into key metrics. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights to management. • Stay up-to-date on trends in marketing analytics and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science. • Expertise in advanced analytics exploration, with experience managing large datasets across multiple systems. • Highly proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel, Google Data Studio, Looker, or equivalent tools for data analysis. • Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, or other programming languages. • Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) is a plus. • Proficient in Tableau, Grafana, or similar data visualization tools. • Exposure to reporting on sales and marketing campaigns with tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, Hubspot. • Proactive in identifying and developing innovative solutions for unstructured and complex problems. • Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects. • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs. • Strong writing and presentation skills, plus the ability to articulate data insights to diverse audiences.
