Description
• The Solutions Engineering team are the customer facing product experts. • A Solutions Engineer listens to customers and translates requirements into solutions with Grafana Labs technology. • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition. • Own technical engagement with customers and help close opportunities. • Deliver product and technical presentations to customers. • Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback. • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems. • Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, and create enablement material.
Requirements
• Must be located in either Minneapolis, Chicago, St. Louis, or Detroit • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Be open to various and complex assignments, this will require strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • First class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers • Love solving technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to customers • Have a technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
