Description
• Partner with Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition • Own technical engagement with customers to close complex opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to customers • Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams • Drive product conversations based on customer needs • Work with the team to enhance documentation and contribute to public or private enablement material
Requirements
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience in Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring space • Open to various and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • First-class written and oral communication skills • Loves solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions • Technical mindset and a desire to grow • Must be located in Mid Atlantic region
