• The Sr. Technical Recruiter is responsible for leading efforts to source, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent for Gridware’s growing team. • This role involves developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle hiring process, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. • The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering an inclusive hiring environment.
• 5-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles. • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, particularly in software development, data science, and hardware engineering. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
