🏡 Remote – Anywhere in California
• We are looking for a founding Senior or Staff Sales/Solutions Engineer as part of the Partnerships vertical of Grow Therapy. • You’ll run demonstrations and scoping calls and be a trusted advisor for health plans and health systems. • A Sales/Solutions Engineer will act as connective tissue between Business Development, Product, and Enterprise Partners.
• Technical Aptitude: You have the ability to understand and speak to the technical details of an API product. Including the ability to field questions from third party development teams. • External Relationship Builder: You have the ability to instill confidence in external partners quickly during product demonstrations and initial business development meetings. • Business Impact Intuition: You are able to assess a number of opportunities for their short term and long term value and share that POV with Product teams to help inform roadmap prioritization. • Program Management: You have experience program managing solution implementation and initial launches by coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.
