Description
• Lead a team of Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) in sales volume and KPI tracking • Oversee coaching, training, and development of sales teams
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management • Experience with Encompass data system and other IT systems • Must be at least 21 years old • Must have clean and valid driving record • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel • Ability to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group • Proven track record of achieving assigned sales goals
