• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration or a related field • 4-5 years of experience in sports marketing with a proven track record of successful marketing executions • Strong understanding of sports culture, trends and industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience collaborating with multiple key stakeholders across the organization • Proven desire and ability to think creatively coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills • Highly motivated self-starter • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environment • Ability to travel 30-40% of time
