• Support the North America Publisher Success team on technical publisher issues • Provide pre-sale technical support to the North America Publisher Partnerships team • Lead technical publisher calls for onboarding and troubleshooting • Advocate for Publisher team needs to Product/Engineering teams • Influence product decisions and priorities by working with cross-functional stakeholders • Resolve JIRA tickets from the Publisher Support queue promptly • Develop best practice documentation and educational materials • Resolve discrepancies using data analysis and technical expertise • Collaborate with JAPAC & EMEA counterparts for knowledge sharing
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar educational certification • 1-2 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting • Experience in AdTech industry and with SSPs preferred • Proficient with Web Developer Tools • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Knowledge of ad servers/SSPs (Google Ad Manager, Xandr) • Familiarity with auction-based ad-serving methodologies such as OpenRTB and Header bidding • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Excellent presentation skills • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, resourceful, and independent • Ownership mentality and ability to perform under pressure
