Description
• For close to two decades, Health Link Home Health and Hospice has been committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to patients in the San Francisco Bay Area, all in the comfort of their homes. • As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team and advocate for our home health and hospice services. • Your primary responsibility will be to help leverage Health Link's extensive relationships in the community to build and reinforce trust in our home health and hospice programs. • Your responsibility is to assist the front line of our home health team and give more patients the opportunity to be cared for by our amazing clinicians. • You will work with our Marketing Team and Director of Community Relations to execute a sales and marketing plan and achieve our goals. • To be successful in this role, you will need a keen grasp of sales and marketing and a concept of the home health and hospice industry is a plus. • Health Link has been a trusted community partner in the Bay Area for close to 20 years, but we still operate like a startup.
Requirements
• 1 year of sales experience preferred • Customer success experience in a healthcare environment • Consistent track record of successfully achieving/exceeding account targets • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
