Description
• For close to two decades, Health Link Home Health and Hospice has been committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to patients in the San Francisco Bay Area, all in the comfort of their homes. • As the Hospice Community Liaison, your primary responsibility will be to leverage Health Link's extensive relationships in the community to build trust in our hospice program. • You will work with the Director of Marketing and Hospice leadership team to execute a sales and marketing plan and achieve our goals.
Requirements
• A passion for hospice • 1 year of experience in hospice marketing • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, market segments, and best practices. • The ability to stay organized with a CRM, calendar, and manage multiple opportunities and pipelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Track record of hitting your targets and achieving your goals. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • Bachelor's degree
