Description

• The ideal Implementation Manager will oversee seamless integration of software solutions within Helios. • Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for the implementation. • Design integration strategies that align with the company’s business processes and technology architecture. • Ensure the new software integrates seamlessly with existing systems and platforms. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate a smooth implementation process. • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. • Oversee the technical aspects of implementation, including data migration and system customization. • Collaborate with software developers to address technical challenges and ensure technical requirements are met. • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure comfort with the new system. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation. • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure system functionality. • Identify and resolve issues that arise during implementation. • Monitor the performance of the integrated system to ensure operational goals are met. • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, system integration, or software implementation, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. • Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration methodologies. • Proven ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges. • Ability to understand and prioritize client needs and ensure a positive implementation experience.
