Description
• Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a focus on digital channels. • Lead a team to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and partner pipeline. • Oversee all aspects of the company's marketing efforts, particularly in digital marketing initiatives for small businesses and enterprise organizations.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in senior roles focusing on digital marketing and partner sales support. • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices, including web optimization, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. • Successful track record of growing quality and engaged customers. • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support partner pipeline building initiatives. • Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team. • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance across various channels. • Ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and partners. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to market changes and new technologies. • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, particularly in digital and partner marketing landscapes.
