Description
• Own billing, revenue, and collection operations. • Manage the entire billing and revenue cycle process. • Perform monthly close activities and manage sales tax calculations. • Partner with external auditors during annual audits. • Drive process improvements within billing operations and all revenue cycle activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related quantitative field. • Located near our Menlo Park office, willing to work hybrid in-office at least 2 days per week. • 5+ years of proven experience in billing, collection and revenue analytics. • NetSuite experience and advanced Excel skills, claims billing is a plus. • Excellent attention to details, comfortable working with large data sets (plus), strong multitasking abilities and easily adapts to changes. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
