Description

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for our product on the platform. • Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure precision in financial and tax reporting activities. • Foster seamless communication and integration with studio management and the Finance Department Head. • Prepare financial statements with precision and timeliness. • Drive ongoing improvements in financial transparency and project-based accounting methodologies, aiding in the evolution of our finance systems. • Monitor the PEX system diligently to ensure efficient management of prepaid cards. • Demonstrate expertise in TV/film production accounting principles. • Cultivate strong communication and collaboration with our finance team based in China.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. • CPA designation preferred. • Over 3 years of experience in accounting for technology, broadcasting, or entertainment industry is preferred. • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (reading & writing). • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Experience in startup environments is advantageous. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment. • Willingness to report on-site at our Sunnyvale headquarters. • Join us in shaping the future of interactive storytelling and entertainment.
