Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD and the entire release process. • Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks. • Oversee the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks. • Develop and implement release automation strategies. • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers. • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for developer experience improvements. • Help optimize cloud resources and costs through effective capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or relevant experience. • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation. • Proven experience leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. • Expertise in CI/CD tools and release processes. • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of release management and automation strategies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for process optimization. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
