Description
• Hivemapper is a decentralized global mapping data network • The role involves working on a variety of computer vision problems ranging from object detection to feature detection and matching • Responsibilities include shaping the CV strategy, balancing state-of-the-art solutions with practicality, and integrating ML solutions with production systems
Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in building ML solutions • Hands-on experience with Image Processing and Computer Vision • Hands-on experience with general ML and Data Mining • Experience with 3D reconstruction pipelines • Strong programming and applied math skills • Strong software engineering fundamentals • Nice to haves: PhD in Computer Vision or related field, Knowledge of distributed compute systems, Experience with various ML frameworks
