• Ensure a product meets market needs and stands out in a competitive landscape • Run experiments, build campaigns, and launch features to drive member growth, engagement, and retention • Influence product strategy and roadmap, informed by customer insights • Define success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle management • Lead product positioning, audience definition and sizing, research, pricing, and naming • Define and develop GTM strategy, working cross-functionally across the company • Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate for improvements • Act as the point of contact for GTM updates, releases, and reviews with XFN leadership • Support growth initiatives working with XFN partners to meet acquisition and engagement goals • Provide thought leadership to guide executives on product strategy decisions
• 7+ years marketing experience with at least 4 years’ experience in a product marketing role at a product-led company or a company catering to small businesses and/or independents • Experience marketing to SMB and/or independent businesses, a plus
