Description
• Provide office management support • Supervise lobby reception, phones, and office operations • Assist in the preparation and control of records • Handle community inquiries and act as a department liaison • Administer programs and projects • Coordinate new hire process and training • Follow health and safety guidelines • Monitor and maintain funding authorizations
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent • Two years of related experience in an office environment • Knowledge of office methods, procedures, and equipment • Ability to train and direct others • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
