Description
• Recording, tracking, and analyzing financial data for month-end and year-end financial closes. • Preparing essential financial reports and documents • Managing taxes, internal financial audits, and compliance • Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting. • Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information. • Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness. • Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards. • Recommending new procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial accounting systems.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and proactively • Strong experience in Microsoft Excel • Experience with NetSuite and Airbase • Great communicator with proactive communication skills • Team player who wants to grow within a company
