• Execute all projects involving controls and monitoring infrastructure • Manage facilities construction projects • Work closely with EH&S and Security departments • Interface with all company departments • Training contractors to the company's Contractor Safety Program • Writing requests for quotes, managing lien releases, submitting purchase requisitions • Collaboration with City and/or County Officials • Verbal and written communication with multiple departments • Manage projects from design to completion • Work independently in a dynamic environment • Dotrine and protocols adherence • Multiple hardware platforms knowledge required
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related experience • 5+ years experience as a project manager • Working knowledge of building infrastructure related to Facilities Management Systems • Strong organizational skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments • Knowledge of project management procedures and protocols • Ability to document specifications and proposals • Physical requirements: office work, access to all areas of the campus • Security clearance preferred • U.S. citizen or permanent resident status required • Flexible hours and weekend work may apply • Range of base salary: $120,715 - $150,895 + bonus + benefits
