• Manage multiple projects from acquisition analysis to asset management • Conduct market research and valuation analyses • Perform due diligence on investment opportunities • Assist in negotiations with sellers and financing banks • Support asset management of current property portfolio • Improve development operations, systems, and relationships • Cultivate and leverage relationships with key stakeholders • Participate in project planning, design, entitlements and permits
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Minimum of 3 years experience in affordable housing • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting applications • Ability to read and decipher leases, contracts, financials, inspection reports, and title documents
