• Develop, maintain, and revise research and development project plans and schedules • Communicate plans and schedules to company and customer interfaces and managers, solicit buy-in, and re-plan if necessary • Work with line managers to secure sufficient staffing and tool resources • Work with technical leads to understand project status, risk, and opportunities, revise project plans and schedules as needed • Present project plan and status in regular meetings, respond to company executives and program customer inquiries • Document status and plans in regular program reports
• MS or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics or related field • Candidates with project management experience in government contract research and development environments preferred • Candidates with previous experience (technical or management) with quantum computing or information technology preferred • US Citizenship required • Must have or be willing to apply for and maintain a security clearance
