Description
• Deeply understand product design and engineering workflows to provide relevant content guidance • Lead execution of content design planning for content designers • Design and facilitate workshops and educational sessions for partners • Create strategy for governing content design guidelines • Craft information architecture and content modeling for design system tooling
Requirements
• Experience working directly within a design systems team to set clear, well-reasoned, useful, and usable standards for high-quality content design at scale • Model “thinking like an owner” in terms of resource management • Create and refine cross-team processes • Drive, track, and create visibility for complex projects • Work in undefined problem spaces and develop compelling narratives • Best practices for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentoring • Clarify shared expectations across groups • Proven ability to break down resistance and anticipate pitfalls • Experience in fostering team health, mission, and purpose • Deliver clear, actionable feedback
