Description
• Set architectural vision and technical roadmap for ID.me Wallet • Transform ID.me Wallet for 100+ million user base • Develop long-term vision and deliver impactful results • Raise the bar for technical excellence and engineering best practices • Own deliverables end-to-end through committing quality code • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Define long-term vision and goals of the team • Demonstrate mastery of various programming languages • Act as mentor to junior and mid-level developers • Act as application owner and participate in on-call rotations
Requirements
• 10+ years developing web applications using Java, Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python, or C++ • Proven ability to build a culture of testing and experimentation • Experience in best practices around instrumentation, observability, monitoring, and alerting • Deep understanding of web technologies, frameworks, software design patterns, and APIs • Mastery of databases, queues, and caching systems • Located in Virginia or California
