• A successful AdOps Specialist’s day is 70% hands-on the keyboard trafficking, optimizing campaigns, and pulling reporting, 20% building/refining AdOps processes, and 10% internal and external meetings speaking to all solutions related to AdOps... • Create/improve AdOps processes; proactively identify inefficiencies, glean insights from data, propose solutions, and get buy-in from key stakeholders... • Own campaign execution from start to finish: traffic, optimize mid-campaign, and provide campaign wrap reporting...
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 2-3 years of experience in advertising, media, or ad tech • Possess deep analytical skills; ability to analyze data across multiple metrics to determine, implement, and monitor optimization strategies • Has advanced knowledge and experience on digital advertising KPIs and the ability to optimize toward them • Must have experience optimizing towards ROAS or conversions • A firm grasp on media rate types, ex. CPM and CPC • Superb attention to detail with the ability to deliver results in a proactive, and cohesive manner • Ability to think strategically, create and own a plan, and execute proactively • Deliver on client expectations, articulate optimization strategies internally and externally • Self-starter with a love for digital technology, data, and cannabis • Experience building out/improving AdOps processes and implementing new ideas
