Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems • Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and custom code • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features and apply this knowledge to improve the platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2) • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL • Version Control for planning, creating branches, and performing merges • Salesforce administration including profiles, permission sets, security, page layouts, validation rules, formulas, flows, process builder, reports, and dashboards • Deep understanding of supporting Lead to Cash Flow and working with Sales, Marketing, and Supporting Operations teams • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches • Proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work • Strong team player with a positive attitude
