• Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer relationships • Analyze customer data and develop strategies to improve business efficiency • Collaborate with departments to align CRM initiatives with business objectives
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in implementing and configuring CRM solutions • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM solution • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CRM - Salesforce • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead and mentor team members • Proficiency in Microsoft suite • Efficient team player with leadership skills
