Description
• Develop and maintain relationships with carrier partners • Negotiate rates and manage contracts • Monitor carrier performance and implement improvement plans • Collaborate with operations and sales teams • Conduct market analysis and develop strategies • Prepare reports on carrier performance and market conditions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in carrier sales, transportation, or logistics management • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software • Willingness to travel as needed • Understanding of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
