• Lead, manage, and motivate Area Sales Leads and Sales Associates • Manage performance against sales targets and OKRs • Provide and execute regular documented tour coaching, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 sessions • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements • Prepare sales forecasts • Use customer feedback to generate ideas • Ensure policies and procedures are met • Ensure team's activities are executed for sales and seats • Play an active sales leadership role in CBRE Agency program • Work closely and cross-functionally with the unit operations department
• Be a strong manager who can recruit, train, and develop new Area Sales Leads and Sales Associates • Great coach in transforming someone's performance and behavior • Likes to jump in and be hands-on with the team • Ability to read and understand data to help draw action plans • Create a culture of trust, open communication, and fun with your team • Attention to detail and a high level of inspection • Thrive in a highly cross-functional environment
