Description
• Manage a Community Resource Center for basic power needs during power safety shutoff events • Set up and prepare CRC locations • Lift up to 25 pounds • Use an app or reporting tool to track CRC attendance and resources • Interact with the public and respond to inquiries • Coordinate with media department on media inquiries
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • Flexible schedules, extended hours, nights, weekends • 2+ years’ work experience in community outreach or customer service position • Clean DMV driving record • Ability to work independently under pressure • Access to computer or mobile device with high-speed internet • Smartphone with app capabilities • Ability to follow instructions, work and safety procedures • Manage difficult customer inquiries
