Description

• The Global Tax Director is responsible for federal, international, and state income tax returns including all related analysis and support. • This position has oversight of the tax returns for the Company’s international subsidiaries. • Manage annual tax provision, and oversee transfer pricing and management fee arrangements. • Act as a liaison with operating management on tax issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 10+ years of work experience. • ASC 740, International Tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT experience. • Federal and multi-state income, franchise and sales and use tax experience. • SaaS experience preferred. • Excellent analytical, presentation and project management skills. • Motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment. • Hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
